The RDC curates a mentoring initiative that matches BAME Liberal Democrat members aspiring to political office with experienced candidates from across the party to support them in their journeys.

APPROVAL MENTORING

Through the RDC's Approval Mentoring initiative, BAME Liberal Democrat members are matched with a mentor to support them to pass the assessments to join the 'approved candidates list'.

Approval mentors will provide advice on filling in approval forms, and on preparing for the candidate assessment day.
